Trikomia has demonstrated proven experience in the design and implementation of public interest programmes that strengthen employment and support local communities.

During the period 2012–2013, Trikomia implemented four projects under the axis “Creating Jobs at Local Level”, within the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development”, in Eastern Attica, Western Attica, Keratsini–Drapetsona and the Northern Sector of Athens.

These actions required structured management, coordination with public authorities and active participation of local communities. Trikomia applied evidence-based planning, clear operational organisation and continuous monitoring, ensuring institutional compliance and effective implementation.

This experience strengthened the organisation’s capacity to manage complex initiatives with tangible social impact, expertise that is now leveraged across training, public health, volunteer structures and institutional partnerships.
