TERMS OF USE

1.1 General Provisions

The visitor/user of this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is requested to carefully read the present Terms of Use and to proceed with the visit/use of the Website only if they fully and unconditionally accept them. In the event that the visitor/user does not agree with the Terms of Use, they must refrain from using the services and content of the Website.

1.2 Intellectual Property Rights

All content and services provided through the Website, including but not limited to texts, images, designs, commercial and financial data, software, files of any type and trademarks/logos (hereinafter collectively the “Content”), are the intellectual property of the Organization or its respective licensor and are protected by applicable Greek, EU and international intellectual‑property legislation. The Content is provided solely for the user’s personal and non‑commercial use.

The Organization makes every reasonable effort, acting in good faith and with due diligence, to ensure that the information displayed on the Website is accurate and reliable. However, it makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy or reliability of such information.

Any reproduction, republication, uploading, posting, transmission, distribution or other use of the Content for commercial or other purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Organization or any other lawful rights holder. Any unauthorized use of the Content may constitute an infringement of intellectual‑property rights, and the Organization reserves all legal rights and remedies available under the law.

1.3 User Obligations

By accessing or using the Website, the user unconditionally accepts the present Terms of Use. Continued browsing, use and storage of content from the Website shall constitute conclusive evidence of such acceptance.

Users are required to comply with all applicable provisions of Greek, EU and international law, including but not limited to telecommunications law, and to refrain from any unlawful or abusive behavior in connection with their access or use of the Website. The Website shall be used solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or impede its use by third parties.

Users are obliged to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, morality and these Terms of Use. They must refrain from any acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction to the Website, or otherwise jeopardize the provision of services through it. Users shall be solely liable for any damage caused to the Organization or the Website as a result of illegal, unethical or otherwise improper use of the Website or its services.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and the services provided therein are offered “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

The Organization takes all appropriate and reasonably expected measures to ensure that the Website’s content is accurate, complete and reliable. Nevertheless, the Organization does not warrant and shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the Content, nor for any damage resulting therefrom.

The Organization makes every reasonable effort to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Website. However, the Organization shall not be liable if, for any reason, including negligence, the Website becomes unavailable or inaccessible, or if viruses or other malicious software are transmitted to users’ terminals despite the implemented security measures. Furthermore, the Organization shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or interference by third parties that may affect the proper functioning of the Website.

The Organization shall not be held responsible for any temporary unavailability of the Website, interruption of any of its features, or for any technical issues that may arise. In no event, including negligence, shall the Organization be liable for any form of damage, direct or indirect, that may result from or relate in any way to the use of the Website, the navigation thereof, or the use of any services or information made available through it.

Users are solely responsible for implementing adequate safety measures (e.g. antivirus software) prior to downloading any content from the Website. Any costs for repair or corrections shall be borne solely by the user and shall in no case be the responsibility of the Organization.

Trikomia respects the privacy of every visitor and processes any personal data in accordance with applicable EU and national data‑protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any processing of personal data is carried out lawfully, fairly and only to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the Website and the proper provision of our services.
