Trikomia participated in the Development Partnership “Social Targeting”, within the framework of the action “Local Employment Plans”, under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development 2007–2013”, co-funded by the European Social Fund.

The project “Initiative for the Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship” aimed to activate local stakeholders in Western Athens and to expand employment opportunities for unemployed individuals, through the mapping of needs and development potential within the local labour market.

​

Trikomia implemented the actions in full accordance with the programme’s requirements and timelines, including the preparation of a comprehensive labour market study for the municipalities participating in the Development Partnership of Western Attica.

This experience strengthened the organisation’s capacity to engage in bottom-up employment planning processes, activate multi-stakeholder local partnerships and align labour market analysis with actions that promote employment, social inclusion and community resilience.
